Terms of Use — NubloidPlus

1. What Nubloid provides

• Local file transfer between your devices over LAN, with a temporary token and manual control.
• Optional advanced PC/Windows connectivity via Nubloid Desktop, which may require advanced Android settings (e.g., developer options/debugging).

2. Eligibility & responsible use

• Use Nubloid only on devices you own or are authorized to use.
• Keep your PC, cable, and local network in a trusted environment.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, per-session auth, token/TTL, or system limitations.

3. Advanced mode and user responsibility

Advanced mode may require enabling Android system settings (e.g., USB/Wi-Fi debugging). These settings:

• are enabled only by you in system settings;
• may reduce device security if misused;
• after use, we recommend disabling debugging and revoking authorizations for untrusted PCs.

Nubloid provides tutorials and warnings, but the final decision and responsibility for enabling these settings is yours.

4. Privacy & data

Nubloid does not require login and does not operate proprietary cloud services. Transfers and connections happen only by user action and between user-selected devices. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. User files and content

• You are responsible for the files you send/receive.
• You must have the rights to share/transfer them and comply with laws and third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property & licenses

• Nubloid may use third-party components (including open source) under their respective licenses.
• Desktop bundles may include components with their own licenses; when applicable, licenses are provided in-product and/or on the Licenses page.

7. Updates

We may release updates to improve stability, security, and compatibility. You may choose not to update, but older versions may stop working properly.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Nubloid is provided “as is”, without warranties of perfect performance, compatibility with all devices, or total absence of defects.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nubloid is not liable for:

• losses from misuse of advanced mode (e.g., enabling debugging on an untrusted PC);
• local network/cable/driver/system configuration issues or device limitations;
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You can stop using Nubloid at any time by uninstalling. We may restrict features in cases of abuse or unlawful use.
