This document lists third-party (open source) software used and/or distributed with Nubloid products, along with their licenses.
1) Important note (scope & user control)
Nubloid does not operate proprietary cloud services for storing your files or screen. When transmission occurs, it happens only:
- between user-selected devices (Android ↔ Windows PC), and/or
- on the local network when the user starts a transfer (LAN opt-in).
2) NubloidPlus (Android) — third parties & licenses
- Ktor (JetBrains) — Apache License 2.0.
- kotlinx.serialization (JetBrains) — Apache License 2.0.
- OkHttp (Square) — Apache License 2.0.
- AndroidX / Jetpack (Google / AOSP) — generally Apache License 2.0.
3) Nubloid Desktop (Windows) — third parties & licenses
- scrcpy (Genymobile) — Apache License 2.0.
- Android Debug Bridge (adb) — part of the Android ecosystem; if distributed with Nubloid Desktop, the corresponding notices/licenses should accompany the package.
scrcpy commonly relies on libraries such as:
- FFmpeg — LGPL/GPL depending on configuration/components.
- SDL2 — zlib license (permissive).
4) Where to find full license texts
- On this page (when attached), and/or
- Inside the Nubloid Desktop installer/zip, and/or
- Inside the NubloidPlus app (e.g., “About > Licenses” or assets).
